CopyrightThe Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under the U.S. copyright law. To be effective under the DMCA, notifications of claimed copyright infringement on any Aberdeen Bay Internet site must be a written communication provided to the copyright agent for Aberdeen Bay that includes substantially the following information: 1.
